Do I need GA4 if I already have Universal Analytics?
Universal Analytics stopped processing data in July 2023. If you are still referencing UA data, you are looking at historical numbers, not live traffic. GA4 is required for current measurement.
What is Google Tag Manager and do I need it?
GTM is a container that deploys all your tracking codes (GA4, Meta pixel, LinkedIn insight tag, etc.) without code changes for each one. It makes tracking easier to manage, audit, and update. If you run more than one marketing channel, you need it.
What does the monthly report include?
Traffic by channel, conversion performance vs targets, top-performing content, paid media ROAS if applicable, and a plain-English summary of what changed and why. No dashboards to learn, just a PDF and a 30-minute call.
Can you fix tracking that is already broken?
Yes. Broken or duplicate GA4 events, misfiring pixels, and missing conversion actions are common audit findings. Opere18 fixes the setup before reporting on it — reporting on bad data is worse than not reporting at all.
