This privacy policy explains what data opere18.com collects, how it is used, and your rights. Short version: we collect only what we need to deliver your audit, we don't sell data, and we don't spam.
Information we collect
When you submit the audit request form, we collect: your first name, business name, website URL, email address, and any optional information you choose to share about your marketing challenge.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data: pages visited, time on site, browser and device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
Form submissions are used solely to prepare and deliver your free audit via Loom, and to follow up if you request it. We do not add you to any email list, marketing sequence, or CRM without your explicit permission.
Analytics data is used to understand how the site is performing and improve the content and structure. We do not sell, share, or trade this data with third parties.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only for Google Analytics. These are first-party analytics cookies used to measure site traffic. No advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies are set.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. This will not affect your ability to use the site or submit an audit request.
Data storage and security
Form submissions are stored securely. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorised access. No payment information is collected on this site.
We do not store your data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
Third-party services

Loom (Loom, Inc.) is used to record and deliver audit videos. Loom's privacy policy applies to those recordings. We do not share your personal data with Loom.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. Email ratish@opere18.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
If you submitted an audit request and do not want us to retain your details, contact us and we will delete them promptly.
